These are near new condition ...but with a few minor flaws: There are a few different spots that show some hairline cracks in the finish (see photos) ...these are not deep and are just on the very top layer of the finish. .With the white textured oak finish this is not easily discernible but wanted to be up front. One chair leg has a vertical crack but was filled and is not very noticeable. ***Priced accordingly. There are no structure issues and these are sturdy and a very comfortable chair with a generous size seat area and comfy curved back. They are finished in a textured white painted oak. The finish is designed to show the grain of the oak which I love. Perfect for coastal, Farmhouse, Craftsman, West Coast, Scandi style...very versatile. Pick up in Royal Bay Area.
