I have over 30 years of experience as a seamstress. I am available to do mending and altering of ladies clothing and household items. I am located in the Jubilee area and parking is available. My basic rate for hems is $8 $8 to mend a torn seam or do a simple alteration $10 to $15 to alter jeans $10 per pocket to patch or alter $10 to hem dress slacks or sleeves $10 to $15 to hem a ladies dress or skirt, depending on how long it is and whether it has a lining. $15 to $25 to replace a zipper on items of clothing. $30 to $60 to hem bridal attire, depending on the layers of fabric. $25 per panel unlined to hem drapes. Do you have a sewing project that you have never managed to finish? I may be able to do it for you. All prices are subject to viewing the item. Any garment with a lining is extra. My estimates are free.
