We're Gabriel Ross, a specialty furniture, home accessories and lighting retailer in Victoria's vibrant Rock Bay District. We feature many of the world's most internationally recognized brands on our e-commerce sites in Canada and the US, and in our 6,000 sq-ft showroom. The opportunity: You'll be joining a tightly knit group of customer service representatives who help our customers purchase the brands we offer. Our team is dynamic, lively and offers a supportive learning environment. This is a permanent, full-time role. You're organized, self-motivated, computer-savvy, and enjoy working with a team. Our office is contemporary, beautiful, centrally located and we believe in team-building with social activities like holiday parties and impromptu group celebrations. · Core responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, online chat, and social media channels Process online orders and follow through with exemplary customer service Data entry within our integrated business management software Learn product lines to be able to suggest and promote alternate or complementary products Work with sales team to create efficiencies and improve on existing procedures. Your Skills: Minimum three years sales and customer service experience Strong document and spreadsheet skills, such as MS Office Excel Proficiency with professional business language and writing Strong email management skills and attention to detail Well organized and able to balance priorities Self-motivated and willing to take on special projects Interested in contributing to positive team atmosphere Please email detailed resume and cover letter.
