$14 · Customer Service Representative

Established music software company looking for a full time Customer Service Representative. Duties include answering customer inquiries, order entry, and customer account maintenance. Position is 40 hrs per week, starting wage is $14 per hour. Incentives Program and Extended Health Benefits available after successful completion of probation period. Must be available to work early mornings and one weekend shift. Qualifications: A successful applicant will have experience managing a multi-line phone system, using an online chat service, and answering customer inquiries via email.
