Customer Service Representative

Dine In Victoria, a multiple restaurant delivery service, is hiring a dispatcher/customer service representative to start immediately. The "CSR" part of the job entails taking orders over the phone, placing the order directly into our food delivery computer system and side duties that can be achieved between calls. The dispatcher portion involves placing the orders to the restaurants and dispatching the drivers. This is a part-time or full-time position with a lot of potentials to grow with the company for the right person. We are open every day of the week from 4:30 pm and close at 9 or 9:30 on the weekends. *The right candidate must have a great phone manner, good problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills. *Knowledge of restaurant food and use of Excel are both an asset.
