Sunny Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd. is a locally owned, growing business with strong customer service values. We are looking for a part time, possibly full time, customer service representative to manage the scheduling and provide administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: * Answering phones and emails * Respond to inquiries, clarify company processes and procedures * Book appointments * Scheduling jobs and creating work orders Ideally you will be a * Motivated self-starter, able to work with little supervision * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Be experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel Please send your resume and cover letter.
