Bring it to work! * Casual, friendly & fun work environment * Competitive salary & benefits package Your primary responsibilities will be: * Provide outstanding product support * Analyze, prioritize & interpret business processes * Discover additional product or training needs * Respond to customer requests & inquiries * Perform QA related to new releases You'll be successful in this position if you're; * Highly organized & able to respond to shifting priorities * Have an aptitude to diagnose & analyze a variety of technical & non-technical issues. * Able to communicate clearly & effectively * Able to support a culture of fun, resourcefulness, teamwork, humility, respect, & commitment & participate in company events, when possible. * Enthusiastic & enjoy interacting with people Your Qualifications will be; * A Diploma, Degree or Technical Certification in related field or equivalent experience * Experience using SQL Management Studio for basic SQL Server admin * Ready & willing to work a variety of shifts including on-call to provide 24/7 coverage * Previous experience in a call center environment is an asset * Proficiency with MS Office * Strong communication skills, customer orientation & a positive attitude * A self-motivated team player, with a positive can-do attitude & solid work ethic * An aptitude for acquiring technical skills & an eagerness to learn * Strong written & verbal skills in English, Spanish & bonus points for Portuguese!
