The Matshop is looking for a Customer Relations Administrator to take charge of customer care for our online and phone clients. The position will involve all aspects of customer care including answering customer inquiries by phone and email, entering manual orders as required into our online system, maintaining customer accounts and assisting customers with information and technical help in placing orders for mats, frames and supplies. Matshop.ca and matshop.com websites generate the majority of customer sales and interaction and this position coordinates the orders and customer service for those customers. Training will be provided in product and production knowledge in order to service our customers but good computer skills including a good knowledge of Excel, Word and the usual email and browser skills are required. Most important is your ability to relate to and communicate to customers on the phone and via email, both accurately and professionally. The position is a Full-time, Monday - Friday position, 8:30 - 5 pm. Salary is commensurate with ability, attitude and relevant experience. Company extended medical, dental plan available after qualification and 3 month probation/mandatory wait period. Apply with resume to employment @matshop.com.
