$18 · Community Support Worker

A non-profit society requires someone special, someone who believes in their work and wants to make a difference to assist an adult female with developmental disabilities and some physical issues. The setting is home style, one client only, the position involves helping the client in all areas of her life from preparing meal, giving meds, light house work, trips into the community. Must be able to maneuver a wheelchair. Some personal care is involved, and you should love to laugh, talk, and watch movies. Must have a driver's license, 1st aid. Knowledge if FASD and Autism are helpful, but full training and support are proved. The position is full time, and starts at $18.00. Oh, and experience with- and love for- dogs is very important too.
