Who We're Looking For We are looking for a reliable Commercial Lines Processor that provides support and service to our commercial producers, managers, and customer service representatives. The successful candidate will be able demonstrate a variety of skills including problem-solving, analytical, excellent math, decision-making, communication, computer, and time management skills., Knowledge and experience in commercial property and liability is required. Experience in the use of Policy Works and The Agency Manager (TAM) is an asset. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for processing policy issuance, referrals, endorsements, payment plans, and cancellations as assigned. You will also be charged with maintaining accurate and timely client records. Responding to insurer enquiries about policy holders while adhering to internal and external underwriting policies.
