Selling grey Ashley HomeStore couch. It's in like-new condition, no stains or wear. The pillows featured in the photos are also included. It's 6'8" long x 3'2" deep x 2'9" tall. Great couch for a condo, I've moved it in and out of my last apartment and it fit in what I would consider a smaller-than-average elevator. For reference, this couch is currently retailing at the Ashley HomeStore in View Royal for $1000 + taxes/delivery (2nd photo is one we took at Ashley last week). Pickup is in Fernwood! I can also deliver if necessary.
