Downsizing. Short-Headed Salmon / Silvery Salmon. Original 1879 Wood Engraved by Benjamin Fawcett after an original drawing from nature by watercolour artist Alexandra Francis Lyon. Reproduced in Rev. William Houghton's "British Fresh-Water Fishes", published by William Mackenzie, London, 1879. We purchased this from William Dennis on Fort St. approx. 35 years ago, and had it framed by Taplin's on OB Avenue (now Prestige). Framed measurement is 17 1/2" x 21" - image itself is 8.5" x 12.1".
