About The Role As a Shen Fitness coach you'll work closely with the team and be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional service, experience and results for our members. - Full Time Position, Annual Salary and Health/Dental Benefits - Clear Career Progression Pathway - Ongoing Personal and Professional Development Program - Structured Working Pattern - 28 Paid Vacation Days Available Your First Year Who We're Looking For Someone who has experience working (or interning) as a coach, personal trainer and is qualified with an exercise science degree, personal training certification or a similar education background and/or qualification.
