Client Rentention (collector) / Sales

Freedom Rent To Own has a full time Retention Specialist position available immediately. Freedom Rent To Own is a leading provider of quality brand name home furnishings and has been operating in Victoria since 2010. We have two primary revenue streams: Home Staging and Rent To Own. Your primary duty is that of Collection Manager and Client Retention. Your secondary duty is to assist with Sales and Inventory Management. You will drive sales and profitability by ensuring customers maintain a positive payment relationship with our company as well as assisting with the sale of new products. COLLECTIONS o Maximize store revenues by managing accounts and collection activities daily o Manage weekly account receivables and overdue accounts o "Know the customer" and use appropriate collection techniques o Increasing revenue by Calling 1 - 30's daily o Escalate difficult collection accounts as necessary o Maintain acceptable levels of delinquency and write offs o Managing the legal process court as required SALES o Promote sales growth by providing excellent customer service and creating longstanding relationships with customers and selling home furnishing and electronics contracts to new and existing retail customers. o Generate sales through inquiries from website, facebook, and other online media o Assessing credit worthiness of applicants o Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets INVENTORY MANAGEMENT o Weekly inventory o Assembly of new stock o Cleaning returned inventory to maximize re-rental revenue o Repair and maintain inventory as needed o Assisting with store merchandising and displays Required Skills * attention to detail * Great Memory * very well organized * Self - starter able to work independently Remuneration Competitive Salary + Quarterly Bonus Benefits after 6 months
