Fully furnished room (single bed) available in my cozy condo located just 6 minutes to downtown with the bus stop at our doorstep. Uptown, Mayfair, Save-On-Foods, and 24hr Thriftys are a short walk away. Includes ALL utilities (wireless internet, hydro, hot water) and use of kitchen, and laundry. Bedroom furnished with bed, desk, lamp, closet, shelf space, use of hair dryer. Females only, as I host other international female homestay students. No smoking, drugs, or pets.
