Hello I'm a very talented chef Graduated from the Cordon blue. 27 years of food and management experience from running a kitchen to owning my own small 75 seats restaurant What I'm looking for, is running kitchen again be able to take your restaurant, pub or catering to the next level Detail-oriented, scheduling, food control( cost) labour, develop new ideas etc...!
