Our client in Victoria is looking a Customer Service Representative to work a 3-month project in. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours, but if you are only open to part-time we still want to hear from you. We are looking for excellent customer service people! The position would start Jan 2020. ***** This is a 3 month position ****** Responsibilities: * Provide first in class service to our customers telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner. * Investigate and resolve discrepancies *Communicate clearly, effectively and empathetically to customers both through telephony and electronic means via email resolving issues and ability to describe various programs/services available to our customers. * Interpret and identify the customer's needs and respond appropriately and professionally. * Obtain relevant information systematically to provide a seamless interaction with our customers when supporting their inquiry.
