Cold Call Center Agents!

We are a family owned and operated carpet cleaning company and are expanding once again, and are a very successful Carpet Cleaning business serving for 25 years. We provide carpet and area rug cleaning, as well as upholstery and commercial cleaning. We are seeking Call Center Agents to better serve our community and represent our company. You will be our front line in sales and customer service. This is an entry level opportunity for you to provide your input and feedback in an extremely fast growing and successful business. We need your glowing personality, sales experience and telephone confidence right away! Key duties include: Customer service Must speak clear English Cold calling and follow-up calls to customers Required Qualifications: Excellent communication skills -- both written and verbal Previous customer service experience A willingness to learn and teachable attitude (MOST important!) There are various shifts available to suit your schedule and lifestyle: The following PART TIME positions are available. Monday to Friday 4:00pm - 8:30pm Saturday-10:00-2:30pm The office is always closed on Sundays.
