LEON'S FURNITURE IS CURRENTLY HIRING CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE Leon's is currently looking for a Customer Care Associate. As a Customer Care Associate you will be responsible for completing daily reports, maintaining customer accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries and assisting our customers with after sales service. You will be responsible for attending to customer's needs by providing proactive assistance and creative solutions. Duties include: Resolve and follow-up on service issues Identify and label all returned products Complete and submit documentation for product returns with suppliers Placing orders for replacement parts as needed Assist in a variety of office administration tasks Opening and maintaining customer service reports Coordinating service orders with technicians What are we looking for? Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally Understands principles of excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills Ability to multi-task with exceptional organizational skills Consistent attention to detail, sense of urgency and problem solver Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues Ability to interact professionally with our customers Required experience: Customer Service: 2 years Comfortable working with computers.
