CORPORATE LA - INTERMEDIATE TO SENIOR

Our well established law firm client is seeking an experienced Corporate LA. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years specific to corporate law and be able to independently draft all documents relating to incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, and maintain extra-provincial registrations, prepare annual reports and annual consent resolutions, and name changes. Experience with ALF would be an asset as well as experience in share purchase agreements, share transfer agreements, Section 85 roll overs, dividends and familiarity with PPSA and Land Tile Office.
