Business Development Executive

Company description We are a local digital marketing agency in Victoria BC. Job description We are in search of a high-quality, ambitious Business Development Executives to help take Folks Digital to the next level. we are looking to begin the growth of our sales team in Victoria, Duncan, and Nanaimo. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue from new accounts and representing Folks Digital in various capacities. You will make a significant contribution to company growth through the generation of substantial new revenue via new client acquisition. Responsibilities: * Generate new revenue for us through new client acquisition and up-selling of products and services to existing clients * Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities, managing inbound leads. * Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers in targeted accounts. * Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals. * Meet revenue and appointment goals. * Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape. * Generate leads through targeted cold outreach and automated email sequences. * Perform targeted phone-based outreach and follow-up. Requirements: * Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative. * 2 to 4 years of sales experience or related marketing experience in Digital Marketing Sales or B2B sales. Preferably on the Agency Side is a HUGE asset, but not essential. * Competent sales cycle management that includes developing opportunities, generating quotes or proposals, conducting presentations, closing business and commissioning projects * Demonstrated ability to engage prospects through cold outreach via email, social media, and phone. * Excellent and efficient communication & presentation skills. * Adaptable, dynamic and charismatic people skills. * Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail What's in it for you?
