Looking for room mate to join our shared house as of Feb 1st onwards. There are three room mates currently; with two on the main floor and myself in the upper area. Bathroom is shared with the two other room mates and kitchen and other living spaces communal spaces. We are all in our mid to late 20's. Myself and one of the room mates work full time and the other is a full time student. The house and room are fully furnished. The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, double fridge/freezer, microwave, oven) and washer/dryer in laundry room. Huge, bright living room with separate dining room. Very large main floor bathroom with soaker tub and rain head shower shared between the three ground floor rooms. Sunny, spacious backyard with patio, great for BBQ's and gardening. Lots of off street parking and secure covered bike storage. Utilities (hydro, heating oil, internet and water) split between us. Internet is $20 per month and hydro has averaged out to about $25 per month. We are a friendly social group that enjoy the occasional shared meal, board game or movie night. Located along major bus routes to downtown and UVic, 10 minutes walk to uptown and 15 walk to Tillicum shopping. One driveway parking space available and tons of on street parking.
