Originally built in 1896 the Leiser building has been lovingly restored. This historic building contains a lot of character of old town Victoria with its charming red brick walls and 14 ft ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dish ware (and even a coffee machine). The living room has a pull out sofa-bed if you decided on having guests stay over. The master bedroom is located up the stairs on the elevated level of the loft, and features a comfortable queen size bed. 4 pc. washroom with in-suite washer and dryer. The loft is centrally located and is very walkable to most attractions in downtown Victoria. Housing and financial references will be required.
