$550 · Bright Cozy Room for Rent

Hello! I am subletting my bedroom, located in a 5 bedroom house in Gordon Head, Victoria. It is a bright room on the top floor that comes fully furnished. I am subletting the room starting May 1 for a four month summer period until August 31. The price is $550 a month plus utilities (which are perhaps another $10-15 in summer months). The kitchen and bathroom is shared with 2 other roommates on the top floor and the living room is shared amongst the 5 of us! There is also a patio off the dining room, with a large backyard. The house is a 15 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to UVIC and located close to University Heights and Tuscany Village. It is also along the 27 bus route to downtown.
