At Edward Jones the Branch Office Administrator's role is to help the Financial Advisor meet the needs of our clients. Key Activities include: Providing excellent Client Service: Includes client service, support, problem-solving, and screening incoming calls and walk-ins. Administrative duties: Manage the office activities using Calendar and Activities. Process office bills; manage correspondence and maintain required branch files. Keep office supplies and marketing materials current. Account Processing: Know products, services and account types offered by the firm. Maintain prospect and account data; process deposits, disbursements and account transfers. Our branch is located in the beautiful Cadboro Bay Village.
