DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS - Payment is by credit card. - If you know what products and sizes you would like, email the store at: bosleysdelivery@gmail.com and then phone the store to confirm the email. - Check the Bosley's Website ( bosleys.com ) for additional items you might need- item numbers are also on the product listing and will help us identify the correct product. - We will need the following information to process your order: 1. Name, Address, Email address and Phone #; 2. Any delivery specific instructions (ex. house with a red door, or leave it outside garage door); 3. VIP # (All delivery customers MUST be part of the VIP program for tracking purposes). If you are not part of VIP, you can sign up at https://bosleys.com/your-rewards/, or over the phone. - When the order has been confirmed by email, you will then be asked to send payment.; - When the payment has been received, the order will be shipped the same day or next day, depending on the time of day and availability of products; - Payment MUST be received within 24 hours of receiving confirmation email. DELIVERY FEE (Within 3km Of Shelbourne or Langford stores) - $10 for orders under $75 before taxes; - $5 for orders over $75 before taxes; - Free for orders over $135 before taxes; DELIVERY FEE (Over 3km) Add $1.50 per km to above fees.
