Manufacturer rated for up to 33 pounds, which is appropriate for kids up to 3 years old (although a three year old will be seriously cramped in there). Selling cheap because the seat is missing the thin foam liner that it originally came with. Mount included. Some scuffs and scratches, but in perfect working condition.
