One private room with sharing kitchen and bathroom available. The Landlords will provide the following items if required. 1) One bedroom furnished with a bed 2) Dresser 3) Bedside table 4) Reading lamp 5) Trash can, compost can and recycling bin 6) Laundry basket 7) Bedding 8) Kitchen utensils 9) Free Wi-Fi, utilities, garbage & compost disposal 10) Cleaning products and equipment needed for common areas. A kitchen/laundry room will be provided with the following items: 1) Microwave 2) Rice cooker 3) Coffee maker 4) Electric grill 5) Fridge 6) Kitchen sink The boarders may also use the big kitchen upstairs at the time agreed with the landlord.
