Hi, I bought these shocks from essex's in van a few years back and ran them on my XJ up front. about 1000KMS on them. have been sitting warm down stairs for a bit after i sold of my project. I believe they are a 10" stroke. The part number was for rear ZJ shocks with a 3-4" lift. I found the valving to be perfect for up front on the XJ. I had them installed with the JKS adapters in the pictures. The JKS adapters are not included with the shocks. If you are interested in them too i can make a deal. if you need to know the exact valving look up the part number in the pictures.
