Hi we are a mom-teen daughter duo (the occasional night a teenage brother) who live in a big house with our 33lb rescue dog, guinea pigs and rabbits. Looking for a friendly, quiet, non-partying woman to share our 5-bedroom 1.5bathroom house with. Partly furnished huge room with a walk in closet. Queen bed has a super comfy barely used mattress. We are super easy going and relaxed and would like the same. We keep normal hours and have no weird habits. No smokers, not even outside (you'll have to leave the property and walk around the block). I'm a government worker who's currently working from home, daughter is busy with sports and friends (before covid). Looking for a good fit for both parties. We could offer an awesome house and hope you're awesome too! Let's meet and I can show you the house or send more pics. Located very close to the corner of Cloverdale, Cook and Quadra on the #6 bus line. Lots of street parking around. All utilities included although we don't have cable.
