The offered bedroom is on the top floor and is large with a mirrored double-door closet and a big east-facing window. Bathroom with full bath/shower and in-suite laundry washer and dryer; second bathroom downstairs with shower. The kitchen is a good size with a big window overlooking the yard. There is a dishwasher! The backyard is huge, with garden beds, apple trees, a hammock, a trampoline, green house and shed storage. Right beside Haro Woods. Only a 10 minute walk to UVic, Caddy Bay, or Queen Alexandra Beach. 11 bus stop comes right to the end of the street. We have a dog, two snakes, a newt and a gecko in the house.
