Before & After School Care Team Lead

West Coast Kids is looking for an active play coordinator to join our team, this team member will be responsible for organizing group games and daily activities. We are a holistic, natural, child care facility. Start Date: Immediate Wage: Dependent on Experience $16.00 - $22,00 25 hrs a week, Split shift Monday - Friday 7:00 - 9:00 am, 2:30 - 5:30 pm Qualifications -Valid standard first aid and CPR -Clean Criminal Record -A minimum of 20 hours in child care related studies -Active & natural based outlook -Positive, happy attitude -kind, nurturing personality, and a strong desire to work with children ages 5-12. -Good communication skills -Dependable & Reliable -Must be 19 years of age -Ability to work well both as part of a team and with minimal supervision. -Previous child care experience is a must -Strong interpersonal skills with fellow staff, parents, community members and building personnel.
