$800 · Bedroom in Quadra Village Apartment

I'm looking for a mature, clean, and responsible (preferably female) student to rent my second bedroom. My apartment is across the street from all needed amenities (groceries, liquor store, pharmacy), and on the 4 bus route to Uvic and Camosun, and the 6 bus route downtown. The price includes hydro, hot water, and wi-fi. My ideal renter would be very tidy in the shared spaces of the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room, and willing to share weekly or bi-weekly deep-cleans of the areas. They would also ideally be environmentally conscious. The room is bright, as it has a skylight, but sadly has no view (as seen in the picture). It can be furnished or non-furnished; I have a single bed if needed. Laundry is coin-operated (3.75 for a wash and dry) and there's a laundromat beside cafe Fantastico half a block away. Looking for someone for April 1st.
