Hello prospective painters! We at Coastal Painting are interested in hiring 2 or 3 painters who have some drive to become a better painter. When you become a better painter, you make more money, have higher job satisfaction, and are more autonomous. Autonomy is one of the strongest indicators of happiness in the workplace, and it is something we value highly at Coastal Painting. We are interested in helping people climb the wage ladder. Painting does not have a year 1, year 2, year 3, year 4, journeyman system like other trades. This can be a challenge in that it can be hard to see a path to top wages. However, It's also an opportunity for the capable person to learn from an experienced foreman, making it possible to climb the wage scale quickly. There is nothing holding you back. We pay you based on your results. At Coastal Painting we have devised systems that, if acknowledged, will make you systematically a faster painter that produces higher quality work. Fast painters that produce good work get paid well. Fast painters that produce good work and learn to run their own jobs get paid even more. My name is Jeremy, and I will be the one hiring and generally working with you, along with our lead foreman James. I myself have recently taken advantage of the vast opportunity within Coastal Painting over the last year, and am interested in helping someone achieve their own goals financially as a painter. We are also willing to show former student or residential painters the ropes if they are interested in learning the commercial/construction side of painting as well.
