This space is on the ground floor and you would have your own separate entrance through the backyard patio. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. Ideal for someone who is mature, responsible, has good communication skills, and enjoys living with a warm and friendly family (we have 2 kids - 15 and 10). Absolutely no smoking, vaping, pot or drugs. We have a large house and it is often empty. You would be sharing our large kitchen. You are welcome to use the dining room, living room and solarium.
