Excellent maintenance, tuned yearly since purchase. This model is no longer built as of 2001, when Baldwin was purchased by Gibson guitar company and manufacturing changed quite a bit. Well cared for, gentle life, very good overall condition, including: finish, keys, hammer and damper felt, bass and treble strings, bridges and soundboards, and inner moving parts of the action. It is slightly taller than other studio console models which gives it a more rich tone and responsive touch. Great value. A new model would retail $7,800 CAD if the model was still available
