Bright basement bachelor apartment located in Gordon Head available for rent October 1. We might be able to accommodate a few days early depending on when current tenant is leaving. The unit has its own private entrance (key pad entry), gas stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and bathroom (shower not bath-tub). There are lots of windows in the unit to allow sunlight (pictures were taken with the blinds down in the evening). One small pet is permitted with deposit. Rent is $950/month which includes everything except internet/cable. This is based on single occupancy.
