Location: Right across the street from Royal Roads Forest 5-10min walk via forest to Royal Rds campus 25min walk via the forest to beach/ocean!! Suite: -Bachelor suite with separate entrance -3-piece bath (toilet/sink/shower) -Microwave, stove, fridge included -Shared laundry (two days a week cut out for you) -1 parking space on driveway (for car only—a bigger truck, for example, would likely be to tight) -(No back-yard access except for laundry). -Utilities (including WIFI) included in price What we are looking for: -Only one person (no double occupancy including kid) -Being that it is a basement suite and there is some noise transfer; we would want someone on a similar schedule as us "typical Monday to Friday" sort of deal--- (So, for example, not someone who works overnights). -No smoking on property -No pets (this includes fish type tanks) About us: Early 30's couple with newborn, plus large sheppard cross. Most be okay with dogs as she is often in the yard and be in there when you pass through to do laundry.
