Hello; I am interested in a doing casual babysitting for local parents. As a retired couple we live in the border area of Fernwood and Rocklands south of Stadacona Park. I am available both during the week and on weekends. If you need some time to shop or some "me time" to yourself I am here to help. Perhaps you have a date night coming up, again I am more than happy to look after your little people. I have my ECEA (Early Childhood Education Assistant) certificate. I have letters of reference which are available on request. All police background checks have been done which was a requirement before I worked at the YMCA/YWCA Daycare (downtown Victoria). I am looking to help you out in the evenings for babysitting. I have worked in childcare for the past ten years with children from a year of age up to 10 years old. I am interested in taking children 18 months and older. Children relate to me and are very comfortable with me very quickly. I charge a reasonable 14 /hr.
