Hello! My room in a Gordon Head house (5 minute walk to UVic bus loop, steps away from the 27 stop) is available right away! It's open until the end of August, with a definite possibility for you to sign the lease in September. The rent is $740 (slightly negotiable) with all utilities and high speed internet included. You would be sharing the house with 4 girls, all in their early 20's. The large upstairs bathroom would be shared between you and 2 others. The house has 3 bathrooms in total. There is a full kitchen (you would get your own fridge as well), a large, bright living room, and a dining room. Laundry is in the house as well. The yard is really big, with a patio and a barbecue. There are also several garden beds, a pear tree, and an apple tree. The room has lots of storage, as well as a built in desk. The room is very bright as well, but because of my not-so-great camera it looks a bit whack in the photos. Message me!
