Wifi, utilities, and laundry access included. We do not have pets/no pets allowed. A short distance to Royal Roads University (RRU) and Hatley Park, shopping, banks and more. Bakery/coffee shop and convenience store at the end of the block. Minutes to buses, the beach, the lagoon. Our family lives in a lovely home in beautiful Colwood and we are interested in offering a furnished room to a responsible, respectful, friendly person.
