Awesome tenants looking for a 2 or 3 Bd/2Ba

Hello! We are a hard working couple with an wondeful 12 year old daughter and a 15 lb Boston terrier. They're both very well behaved!! We've moved back to Victoria after 10 long winters in Edmonton and are looking to rent a suite/house/townhouse that we can happily settle into. We are looking for a long term lease, we're hoping not to move for a few years until we can purchase a home again. We truly are great tenants with references to prove it and we actually pay our rent EARLY!! We were homeowners in Edmonton and we also rented our basement suite out, so we understand the importance of finding quality tenants. 😊 We would like to spend $1600 - 2400/ month in Victoria and surrounding area. There must be a washer/ dryer and dishwasher. We need 2-3 bedrooms and at least 1.5 baths. We don't party/do drugs or smoke and we're honest, respectful people. I look forward to hearing from you.
