The goal is to inspire an action, not to impart a vague brand perception. The successful candidate understands the difference. The Copywriter who thrives at ER is a team player who is eager and willing to look at projects/problems in new ways. They have a keen eye for typos, a solid understanding of grammar and can edit to style guidelines. They are generally tech-savvy.
