Available Apr 1st - Furnished warm room in our clean family home.. We are kind and friendly and fun and our home is wonderful. Our house is very centrally located. It's only a quick bus ride to UVIC, Camosun, Royal Roads or downtown. It is furnished including a double bed, desk, bedside table, chair, shared bathroom, shared laundry, wifi. All utilities are included. Must provide own towel, bedding & pillows. I live with my 9 year old son part-time so you would need to live well in a child-friendly environment. Our house is located on McKenzie (between Nelthorp and Saanich)... near Christmas Hill and Swan Lake Sanctuary.
