$400 · Authentic autographed cast of friends 8 x 10 photo

I have had this picture for at least 15 years it is in mint condition as it's just been in a folder packed in a box. Comes with certificate of authenticity. After doing some research this photo goes anywhere from $500-$1200, I don't want to go to the hassle of selling at auctionand will sell it for $400 OBO. My thoughts were to collect these items and they just never left the box . Cross posted
