$200 · Asus Prime B360M-A mobo and i7 8700T QN8J ES 1.6ghz CPU

This was used in a small low power home server for a bit, board is 10 months old and the CPU is an engineering sample QN8J. It runs at 1.6ghz all cores with pretty low TDP so great for something that cares about core count but not high speed like Freenas or pfsense or the like. Just the board and the CPU, no RAM included.
