I can assist with child care, house chores, grocery shopping and senior companionship. I also have a green thumb, if the yard needs tending to. I am a skilled Massage Practitioner and educated in an array of modalities such as Aroma therapy, Ayruveda and Holistic Living, Body Moment and Energy Work. If you need help with daily task or if you need to relax and find peace within, I am here to be of service. Hourly rate starts on a sliding scale depending on the amount of energy required. Health is my top priority at all times. I will always ensure that i am abiding by our social distancing guidelines, personal hygiene and maintaining a clean environment.
