$700 · *April 1st* Room in beautiful James Bay Apartment

Hello! I am moving back into my beautiful James Bay apartment on *April 1st* (or March 15th if needed) and am in need of a female roommate to fill the 2nd room of my place and live with me :) This apartment is simply the best. THE BEST. Old, but good. The apartment is 2 bed/1 bathroom, located on the 4th (and top) floor in James Bay. It's 3 short blocks from the breakwater/Dallas Road and is about 900 sq ft total. It's on a direct bus route to downtown etc, but also really walkable to everywhere, and has a 24-hour Thrifties a 5-minute walk away, along with a phamasave, restaurants and a red barn. It has lots of natural light, and the main living space is quite large! **The bedroom in the living room is not there, that's usually where the kitchen table goes! My subletter just had an airbed there for guests over the holidays when these photos were taken** - also, sorry that the photos are so dark. The place is really bright and beautiful!! *** My bedroom is not pictured in these photos, but there is another one :) The bedroom itself is on the smaller side at about 9ft x 9ft, but has a closet inside - and 2 other closets outside the room that can be yours for storage/clothing! The room is pictured below (photo with the Paw Patrol bedding - there's a kiddo living in it now - the person who is subletting) Price is $700/month with all utilities (wifi/hydro) included which is an insane deal for this area of town! I work M-F downtown on Lojo at a tech company. I love to travel and am often away on trips, but this year I'll be home a lot more. I often will have guests over who I've met around the world for weekend visits as well :) I'm a photographer as well. Attached are some photos of the apartment with the sub-letters belongings in it now (the bedroom will be totally empty for you to move into).
