Campus Nissan is looking for a part time Appointment Coordinator to join our Saturday service team! The Appointment Coordinator acts as the initial point of contact for service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquiries and conducts customer service follow up calls. As Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling our Service appointments and following up with our Customers in a timely manner. This position is the key to the service department's operational efficiency. Excellent customer service is the top priority. You will answer incoming calls regarding service inquiries and accurately schedules appointments. Also, you will call customers to confirm service appointments and reschedule missed appointments. You may also contact customers regarding any additional maintenance requirements to their vehicle. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated with a positive attitude, has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day.
