26 unit rental apartment building located in downtown Victoria BC requires a full time live in or out(to be discussed) building caretaker, as well as a 10 unit apartment building off site caretaker. Responsibilities: Renting units, Collecting rent, Cleaning, Grounds, minor mainteance, management and resident concerns. Overseeing residents, sub contractors, and building operation. All general apartment caretakers duties. Carrying a phone and responding to emergency phone. Ability to schedule and prioritize.
